JONATHAN KAPPOCK

Founder & CEO

Land and Sea Professionals was founded by Jonathan Kappock in 2020 with a clear mission to bring precision, reliability, and innovation to the maritime industry. Drawing on an eight-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry, where he served from 2008 to 2016 and specialized in counterintelligence and security operations, Jonathan developed the leadership and discipline that now define the company’s foundation.

Originally from South Jersey, Jonathan set out to build a business that reflected both his operational expertise and his passion for a coastal lifestyle. Under his leadership, Land and Sea Professionals has become known for its excellence in service, trusted client relationships, and a culture grounded in integrity and professionalism.

SAM BROWNE

Field Operations Manager

Since 2021, Sam Browne has specialized in Seakeeper service and installation, leading Land and Sea Professionals’ field operations with precision and pride. His technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and meticulous attention to detail ensure every installation and service project meets the company’s uncompromising standards of excellence.

Sam’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction sets the tone for our entire operations team, delivering results that perform as flawlessly on the water as they do on paper.
